My husband, John Benevides, is a Licensed Texas Loan Officer and has over 18 years experience in the real estate market.  He also holds an active real estate license and is a seasoned investor having bought and sold several properties.

John has assisted many of my clients with securing the best mortgage rate and terms.  He understands that client’s financial situations are all different and people have different goals and strategies for purchasing their homes.

John has access to over 15 different “A” paper lenders, 15 “B” or “Subprime” lenders and several more “Alt-A” Lenders.  He is licensed to handle FHA loans, VA loans as well as other government insured loans.
